Developer sales in June up 25% to 821 units
In June Sky Everton transacted 134 units (URA) developer survey reflected increased 25% YoY, totally 821 sold. Other great selling projects encompassed
30 units in Riverfront Residences, 60 in Parc Botannia, 31 in The Woodleigh Residences, 31 in The Tre Ver, 33 units in Stirling Residences, 48 The Florence Residences, 58 in Parc Esta and 70 in Treasure at Tampines.
Head of research Huttons, Lee Sze Teck ” estimated 724 units average monthly sales in H1 2019. Revealing underlying strength of the real estate sector, confidence of property as good store of value against uncertainty and inflation over mid – long term. ”
